Diane talks about changes she's seen. Elizabeth talks about her vision of "independence combined with unity." Robbie gives multi-perspective visions from many styles of midwifery and the divisions that still prevent autonomy. Marsden points out that midwifery on all levels is needed all over the world; however, without autonomy, the profession of midwifery will weaken. Naoli and Dona Hermila speak of the troubles they face in Mexico, and the strength they get from each other.
