Except for organizations that have established credit with Motherbaby Press or Midwifery Today, the first two orders must be prepaid. A pro forma invoice can be provided on request.
Credit may be established by submitting bank account information and three trade references. Please allow 3–4 weeks for establishment of a new account.
Midwifery Today accepts purchase orders, Visa, MasterCard, or checks in U.S. funds for orders received in the mail.
Purchase orders must be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed (email@example.com).
Phone orders must prepay using credit card, except for organizations with established credit.
Online orders must prepay by credit card.
Note: Credit card transactions will appear on your bill as "MIDWIFERY TODAY."
All returns must be sent postage prepaid.
Books must be in good saleable condition (e.g., no stickers, bent jackets, scuffs, discolorations, etc.). No credits or refunds will be issued for books in non-resaleable condition.
Overstock returns will be accepted between 90 days and 365 days of ship date. Out of print returns will not be accepted.
Claims for damaged or defective books, short shipments or shipment errors must be reported within 30 days of invoice date for domestic shipments and within 60 days for foreign shipments.
No prior permission is necessary for returning books, but a debit memo and invoice numbers should be enclosed with each shipment.
Credit will be issued at invoiced discounts. For this reason, the appropriate invoice numbers are required.
Credit memos are valid within one-year of issue date. Please apply them to a new order. Organizations that have no further orders may request a cash refund.
