Placing Orders by Postal Mail, Fax or Phone

Although our shopping cart is completely secure, you may prefer to place your order by postal mail, fax or phone. If so, you can use the shopping cart to create a printable copy of your order to send to us or to read from when you call.
Please follow the instructions below.

1. Create your order by adding items that you want to purchase to your shopping basket.
2. When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button.
3. Complete all the required shipping and billing information and then click "continue."
4. Choose a shipping method. At this point you may also enter a coupon code to calculate a special sale or discount (if any).

5 a. Paying by check or money order: please disregard the payment selection, which is Visa and MasterCard only. Click "continue" to view your order total. Please check that all the information in your order is correct. On this page you can also include any comments about your order in the notes field. Now you are ready to print your order.

b. Paying by Visa or MasterCard: please select the credit card type. Then click "continue." Please complete the credit card information including the name on the card, the account number, and the expiration date. Please check that all the information in your order is correct. On this page you can also include any comments about your order in the notes field. Now you are ready to print your order.

6. Print out your order form.

Now that you have completed and printed your order, you may submit payment by one of the following methods:
