IAM Member Registration

This form registers you as a member of the International Alliance of Midwives. Once you have registered, you will be able to log in to our online system anytime you want to create or modify your directory listing.

• Payment is not required for IAM membership. However, we strongly encourage you to make a donation to IAM to enable us to continue offering this service.
• If you cannot afford a donation, you can help by submitting an article for the IAM online newsletter. Please e-mail your submission to iam@midwiferytoday.com.

and we will provide you with information about the International Alliance of Midwives.

The information you provide on this form will be held in the strictest confidence by Midwifery Today, Inc. In addition, this information will not appear in your directory listing without your explicit permission. When you create your listing, you will be able to specify that an entirely different address or phone number should appear in your listing; or that no address or phone number should appear in your listing.

Each time you log in to our online system, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address and a password. You should provide your actual e-mail address, since we will use it to communicate with you.

However, your password does not need to be the same as the password you use to access your email. In fact, for security reasons, you should choose a different password for access to Midwifery Today's online system. You may use any combination of letters and numbers, but no spaces or punctuation should be used.

This information is for administrative purposes only. It does not become part of your directory listing. You will create your directory listing with a separate form after you have registered.

One of the benefits of IAM membership is a subscription to the IAM newsletter, which will be emailed to you four times per year. The newsletter is available in two versions. The HTML version has the same content as the text version, but the HTML version also includes graphics. If your email program is able to display graphics, be sure to select the HTML version.

You will be able to change the version you receive at any time in the future through the IAM Member Control Panel.
