Ana Paula Markel

Ana Paula Markel is a mother, doula, childbirth educator, doula trainer, birth diplomat and international speaker. Ana founded BINI Birth, a space for support and education for new families and birth professionals, on the principle that giving birth is an intimate, normal and highly individualized process that, when coupled with the right preparation, can be an incredibly positive and life-changing experience. Ana lives in Los Angeles with her husband and four children. Her first two births were cesareans, followed by two successful VBACs.
