Jacqueline Cuthbertson

Jacqueline Cuthbertson became a nurse a very long time ago and qualified as a midwife twenty years ago. She has been privileged to assist many awesome births, but with increasing medicalisation of childbirth has chosen to become a freelance health writer instead. She has one grownup son, three teenagers who keep her on her toes—or something, and one lovely granddaughter.

The Midwife

A lovely piece on the midwife and the current state of midwifery.
