Prolonged Labor — Gail Hart
Long labors may be associated with complications ranging from emotional issues to physical problems or malposition’s. We will learn different reasons for prolonged labor, and how to monitor the interaction between the baby, mother, uterus and pelvis. We will discuss myth and reality of long labors: Is it just the clock, or is there a real problem? We will present lots of midwifery tricks to help move a long labor to birth!
