Linda Jones

Linda Jones – Is a birth and postpartum doula, birth activist, and photographer who is passionate about the wellbeing of Black mothers and babies. She is a respected teacher on the subject of racism, especially as it pertains to Black women and maternal and fetal health. In her practice, Linda teaches Black women how to be empowered and get the birth they envision for themselves.  Programs she has help create include NOURISH! : Providing meals to new mamas for the first six weeks postpartum, and NURTURE: Providing essential postpartum supplies to new mamas (Mothers for Mothers Postpartum Justice) and she is a Consultant with BeLoved Birth Black Centering at Highland Hospital.
