Heidi Hennigan Cohen, CPM, RM

Heidi is a registered midwife in the state of Colorado, with extensive experience in serving birthing families in the Denver metro area since 2018.

As the sole midwife of her practice and a dedicated midwifery preceptor, she brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her work. With over two decades in the birth field, Heidi has cultivated a deep understanding of pregnancy and labor, including a focus on homeopathy. Her commitment to holistic care has made her a respected figure in the midwifery community.

 Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heidi has also navigated personal challenges, experiencing mid-trimester pregnancy loss six times, five of which occurred in the past seven years. This journey of loss has uniquely shaped her perspective on serving others amidst grief and has inspired her to share her insights with fellow birth professionals.

Heidi resides in Colorado with her husband and their seven living children, ranging in age from 22 to 4 months old. Their youngest child was born after a series of difficult miscarriages, highlighting the resilience and hope that defines Heidi’s journey both personally and professionally.
